DI Tournament On-Line Registration Software

The On-Line Registration System is ready for evaluation. I have it up and running on my web site and you can try it out to see if it will meet your needs. The system runs at the affiliate level, but the region assignments made by the Affiliate Director will be carried through and downloaded with the team data, so the team registrations by region will be available in the end to support regional tournament. This does mean that there needs to be one person at each affilaite that will serve as the administrator for the system in that affiliate.

If you'd like to try this out, I need to set up the database for your affiliate. Just e-mail me with your affiliate number (the three digits at the start of all your team numbers), your state, your affiliate name, and the e-mail to be used by the system to contact the administrator.

Please give this a try and see how it works for you. If you find bugs, or even just have suggestions for changes or new features, let me know. I am more than willing to help you work through any problems you have with either the program or the instructions.
